Lingånsö is a rocky island in the archipelago of Raseborg. In the turn of the 1960s architects Kaija and Heikki Siren designed and built a wooden summer cottage and gazebo to the uninhabited island for their family.
The timber buildings are a fine example of Modernist ideas of simple cottage life. The main house is on the northern side of the island where the pier is situated. The gazebo, also known as ’Chapel’ is on the southern side.
The buildings are in the private ownership of the Siren family.
