The curved office building designed by Tuomo Siitonen Architects is located west from the Hämeenlinna downtown, in the historical Poltinaho garrison. The four-storey building forms a landmark in the crossing of Turuntie and Hattelmalantie. It is mainly surrounded by smaller-scale residential houses.
The principal elevation material is white-painted plaster. The entrances are situated on the cuttings from the round shape of the building. The cuttings are covered with patinated, galvanized steel. The composition of windows is asymmetrical.
